python-botocore software package provides Low-level, data-driven core of boto 3 (Python 2), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-botocore
python-botocore is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-botocore package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-botocore *
You will get with python-botocore package name, version, architecture and description in a table
